In the <strong>first stage<\/strong>, extensive liposuction is performed and <strong>after 6 months<\/strong> the buttock and thigh lift is carried out.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">This approach offers the advantages that the <strong>procedure is less burdensome<\/strong>, and once the fat is removed and the swelling subsides, the weight of the tissue flap decreases, significantly improving the final result. The scar left behind is circular at the thigh crease and extends toward the back along the lower buttock fold. It usually becomes a <strong>high-quality scar that is not visible<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5a761be This solution allows us to address sagging in two directions and is even more effective for the lower third of the thigh or even the knee.<\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">When there is very severe laxity after massive weight loss, the so-called \u201ctanga lift\u201d is recommended, meaning a <strong>incision above and between the buttocks<\/strong>, which can be combined with <a href=\"https:\/\/drpapaioannou.gr\/en\/body-contouring\/tummy-tuck\/\">abdominoplasty<\/a>, also known as a lower body lift, meaning the lifting of all the loose skin of the buttocks, outer and posterior thighs down to knee level.
