Since breast sagging involves not just the skin but primarily the deeper tissues, internal repositioning and support are essential to ensure long-lasting results.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">If a breast lift relied only on skin tightening, the result would deteriorate significantly within a few months. Therefore, the mammary gland must be repositioned higher and internally stabilized. after breast augmentation is usually formed in the first 6 months. Because some degree of sagging always inevitably occurs along the way, we always prefer to do a super-correction, so that after the 6 months when the breast relaxes again, the result is very satisfactory and natural. Unless a simultaneous breast augmentation is performed, the bra size remains the same, however, reinforcements are not needed because the breast remains firm, even without a bra at all. In the case of augmentation mastopexy, the results are much more spectacular, especially in people who have very intense sagging after weight loss.
